Incoterms

We quote FOB (port of loading) or CIF as agreed. DDP is available for select routes on request. Shipping costs are itemized separately in every quote.

Lead times

• Samples: 3–5 working days
• Production: 10–12 working days (typical)
• Sea freight: 18–35 days depending on destination
• Air / express: available for urgent orders

Quality & returns

Every batch ships with a QC report and photos. If goods fail the agreed specification or the signed sample, we reprint or refund the affected portion — claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt with supporting photos.

Samples

Pre-production samples are free; customer pays freight. Sample charges for new developments are credited against the first order.
